Cranberry relish mold
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- ground fresh cranberries - 1 c
- small unpeeled orange, ground with seed removed - 1 item
How to make cranberry relish mold:
Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Add enough water to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 cup hot water. Add syrup and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in fruits, celery and nuts. Chill in mold until firm. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Berries.
