Cranberry relish mold
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- ground fresh cranberries - 1 c
How to make cranberry relish mold:
Drain pineapple. Reserve syrup. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup liquid. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Add syrup and lemon juice. Chill. When partially set, add pineapple and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 5-cup ring mold. Chill overnight.Recipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Berries.
