Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • molasses - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 1/3 c
  • brandy - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped cranberries - 2 c
  • Pat into a 9-inch square pan

How to make cranberry pudding:

Mix together. Pat into a 9-inch square pan. Bake 30 minutes at 300°. Cool very slightly.Topping:1/2 c. butter1/2 c. milk1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. brandy In the meantime, combine topping ingredients. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly (careful not to scorch). Cut hot pudding into serving size, put desired amount of topping on and enjoy.
