Cranberry pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- molasses - 1/2 c
- hot water - 1/3 c
- brandy - 2 Tbsp
- chopped cranberries - 2 c
- Pat into a 9-inch square pan
How to make cranberry pudding:
Mix together. Pat into a 9-inch square pan. Bake 30 minutes at 300°. Cool very slightly.Topping:1/2 c. butter1/2 c. milk1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. brandy In the meantime, combine topping ingredients. Boil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly (careful not to scorch).
