Cranberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 2/3 c
- almond flavoring - 1 tsp
- fresh cranberries - 2 c
How to make cranberry pie:
Grease 9-inch pie dish and spread cranberries over bottom. Sprinkle walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar over cranberries. Mix together the eggs, 1 cup sugar, flour, almond flavoring and margarine. Beat batter until smooth and pour over berries. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 325° or until brown. Cool; cut in pieces and serve warm.
