  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • grated orange peel - 1 Tbsp
  • fresh or frozen cranberries, cut in half - 1 c

How to make cranberry orange muffins:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch). Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in milk, cranberries and oil. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
