- salt - 1 tsp
- cottage cheese - 6 oz
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese optional - 1/2 c
- frozen, chopped broccoli 10 oz - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli cornbread:
