Cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- shortening - 1/3 c
- bread flour - 6 c
- quick oats
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon as desired - 1 item
- powdered sugar as desired - 1 item
- nuts as desired - 1 item
- sugar as desired - 1 item
- raisins as desired - 1 item
- milk as desired - 1 item
- piled high dry milk - 1/2 c
- 92 c
- melted margarine as desired - 1 item
How to make cinnamon rolls:
Mix together all of measured ingredients and knead for 10 minutes by hand. Rest 5 minutes. Split dough in half. Roll dough out on counter or flat surface to about 1/2-inch thick. Brush or pat margarine (melted) over surface of rolled dough.Mix together raisins, nuts, cinnamon and sugar together with amounts of each that you desire. Sprinkle mixture over dough in amount as desired. Take edge of dough and roll all the way up. Cut rolls. Place on cookie sheet and let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 350° in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix drops of milk and powdered sugar until desired consistency and drizzle on top of hot rolls.
