Cranberry mousse
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- can whole berry cranberry sauce - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry mousse:
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, setting pineapple aside and adding juice to gelatin. Stir in cranberry sauce, lemon peel, lemon juice and nutmeg. Fold in sour cream, pineapple and pecans. Pour into a glass serving bRecipe categories: Desserts, Salads, Side dish.
