Cranberry crunch
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- oats - 1 c
- can cranberry sauce - 1 item
How to make cranberry crunch:
Mix oats, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Spread half over bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Press down (not too tight). Spread cranberry sauce over it. Spread rest of mixture over sauce. Pat down. Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes or until it sets.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
