Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2/3 c
- milk - 1 qt
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- broken saltine crackers - 2 c
- grated coconut, medium shred - 1 c
How to make cracker pudding:
While warming the milk, beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Add to hot milk and stir in crackers and coconut. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla. Cool and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, < 30 mins.
