  • stick butter, softened - 1 item
  • pinch of garlic - 1 item
  • small can crab meat - 1 item
  • jar Old English Cheddar cheese spread - 1 item

How to make crabmeat appetizers:

Combine all ingredients and spread on English muffins. This amount will usually do for a package of English muffins. This can be frozen for later use.

When ready for serving, place muffins in toaster oven or under broiler until hot and bubbly. Cut into small pieces for serving.
