Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- can crabmeat fresh is better - 1 oz
- of sour cream - 1 Tbsp
- of Zip seasoning * - 1/2 tsp
- can of flaky biscuits - 1 item
How to make crab puffs:
*Zip seasoning is a medium hot combination of paprika, chili pepper, cumin, oregano, coriander, cayenne, and lemon seasonings.Blend first five ingredients together. (Can prepare ahead of time and keep in refrigerator up to two days before.) Divide each biscuit into three layers. Spread each section with about a tablespoon of the crab mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Will be puffed up and bubbly. Eat while hot!
