Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika to taste - 1 item
- eggs, beaten lightly - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup condensed - 1 item
- Stove Top stuffing - 2 c
- cans drained crab or tuna fish - 2 oz
How to make crab patties:
Combine 1/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup soup and eggs. Mix well. Add stuffing mix and tuna or crab. Mix lightly and shape into small or large patties. In skillet, brown patties on both sides in butter. In a saucepan, heat remaining soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over patties as sauce. Sprinkle with paprika.Recipe categories: Main dish, Crab, Freshwater fish.
