- milk - 1 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter
- hard-boiled eggs - 6 item
- can crab meat - 1 lb
- green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- celery, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- parsley, chopped fine - 2 Tbsp
- dash of red pepper and salt - 1 item
How to make crab patties:
White Sauce:4 Tbsp. butter4 Tbsp. flour1 c. milk dash of red pepper and salt Make White Sauce and add all ingredients except crab meat. Chill several hours. Add crab meat and form into cakes.
