Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- English muffins, split in half - 12 item
- jars Kraft Old English cheese spread the kind that comes in the little glasses - 2 oz
- can white fancy crabmeat - 1 1/2
How to make crab muffins:
Slightly soften butter and cheese for ease in mixing. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread on muffin halves. Place on cookie sheet; bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes, then switch to broil for about 1 to 2 minutes more.These may be frozen before cooking on the cookie sheet, then placed in a Ziploc bag until ready to cook.
