- cream cheese - 16 oz
- crab meat - 16 oz
- chives - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 1 item
How to make crab dip:
Over low heat, pour a little cooking sherry in pan; add cream cheese. You may need to add more sherry to get creamy consistency. Melt slowly; add crab meat and chives. Best if served warm with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
