Cowboy stew
Ingredients/Components
- slices bacon - 6 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- 13 oz - 2 lb
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can red kidney beans, drained - 1 lb
- cooked carrots - 2 c
- diced onion - 1 c
- crushed garlic clove - 1 item
- ground beef
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- cubed cooked potatoes - 2 c
How to make cowboy stew:
Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel. Crumble and reserve. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in bacon drippings until tender.
