Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion, diced - 1 item
- carrots, diced - 4 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- beef stew meat - 2 lb
- stalks celery, diced - 2 item
- potatoes, quartered - 2 item
- can V-8 juice - 1 oz
- Minute tapioca - 3 Tbsp
How to make five hour stew:
Place meat in pan; place vegetables on top. Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper over all. Pour V-8 juice on top. Cover and cook at 250° for 5 hours.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Main dish, One Dish meal.
