  • boiling water - 3 c
  • small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • celery, cut fine - 2 c
  • lemon gelatin - 2 pkg
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine - 4 item
  • small green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
  • can corned beef, forked to separate - 1 item

How to make corned beef salad:

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir the mayonnaise into the gelatin after slightly set. Mix all ingredients as stated. Chill until firm.
