  • lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
  • lime gelatin - 1 pkg
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • midget marshmallows - 40 item
  • to 4 large carrots, grated - 3 item
  • to 3 stalks celery, diced - 2 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • whipped cream - 1/2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • grated onion or a dash of lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped celery - 1 c
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1 pt

How to make sunshine salad:

Using a very small bowl or Pyrex cup, dissolve jello in boiling water. Mix in other ingredients and mold in a pretty bowl to set.
