Ingredients/Components
- water
- 3 oz - 1 pkg
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- can corned beef, flake - 1 item
- to 3 small green onions - 2 item
How to make corned beef salad:
Dissolve jello in water, add mayonnaise. Cool. Add celery, onions and corned beef; whisk and stir (8 x 8-inch pan). When jelled, spread sour cream on top. Parsley on top. Serves 8 or 9.Recipe categories: Main dish, North american.
