  • egg - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 1
  • can pinto beans - 1 item
  • can tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
  • Mexican corn bread mix - 1 pkg

How to make cornbread casserole:

Brown meat and drain. Add tomatoes and pinto beans and simmer. Mix cornbread mix with egg and milk. Pour meat mixture in baking dish, then pour cornbread mix on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
