Corn pudding
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/2
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- can whole-kernel corn undrained - 1 oz
- fresh parsley and pimiento strips garnish - 1 item
How to make corn pudding:
Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well. Spoon into 6 well-greased 10-ounce custard cups. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.To serve: Loosen edges with a spatula, invert onto plate and garnish, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
Note: Pudding may be baked in a shallow 2-quart casserole at 350° for 1 hour or until set.
