Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- drained corn - 2 c
How to make corn fritters:
Beat eggs and stir in milk, flour and all other ingredients. Drop from spoon in deep fat. Fry until brown. Serves 6 to 8. Serve with plenty of butter and syrup!Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
