  • water - 3 pt
  • Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
  • bright red cobs - 12 item

How to make corn cob jelly:

Boil broken cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid of not more than 3 cups. Add Sure-Jell and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until jelly stage. The finished product tastes a lot like apple jelly.
