Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- water - 3 pt
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
- bright red cobs - 12 item
How to make corn cob jelly:
Boil broken cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid of not more than 3 cups. Add Sure-Jell and bring to a rolling boil.
