Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- water - 3 pt
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
- red corn cobs - 12 item
How to make corn cob jelly:
Boil the broken corn cobs 1 minute and then drain. Add enough water to make 3 cups. Add Sure-Jell and bring to a boil. Add sugar and boil 2 to 3 minutes until it jells. Pour into glasses and cover with paraffin.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Jellies.
