Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
- Wesson - 1/2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix corns, sour cream, oil, eggs and sugar. Then add cornbread mix. Blend well. Place in a 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
