Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine corn, sour cream and slightly beaten eggs. Add sugar and melted margarine. Stir in muffin mix. Pour batter in ungreased 8 x 11-inch casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes to melt cheese.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
