Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- dairy sour cream - 1 pt
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- bell pepper, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
- can drained whole corn - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Fold corn into beaten eggs. Add corn muffin mix to egg mixture, then add onion and pepper. Put into a well-greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Spread with sour cream and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. After removing from the oven, cover for a few minutes before serving.
