Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix - 2 item
- cube margarine, melted - 1 item
- can regular corn, drained - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients (except sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese). Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam. Pour in mixture. Spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle cheese on sour cream. Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes, until middle is set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
