Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained broccoli, carrots, cauliflower - 16 oz
How to make easy vegetable casserole:
Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until veggies are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in rows on top. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Side dish, Comfort food.
