Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can whole corn, well drained - 1 item
How to make corn cake:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients. Stir together. Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Brazilian, Healthy, South american.
