cinnamon - 1 tsp
eggs - 3 item
milk - 1/4 c
salt - 1 tsp
flour
brown sugar - 1/2 c
oil - 1 c
confectioners sugar - 2 3
baking powder - 1 Tbsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
nuts - 1/2 c
raisins - 1/2 c
can cream corn - 1 item
Mix baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt with flour

How to make corn cake:

Cream together brown sugar, sugar, eggs, oil and corn. Mix baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt with flour. Add both mixtures together. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes in 9 x 11-inch pan.Caramel Topping:4 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk2 to 3 c. confectioners sugar Mix and pour over cake when cool.
