  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • melted oleo - 1/2 c
  • box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item

How to make corn cake:

Mix together, except cheese, and put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Last 15 minutes, top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
