Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- cornmeal - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
How to make corn cake:
Heat oven to 400°. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, margarine and eggs. Bake in greased pan at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Brazilian, Healthy, South american.
