Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • cans Green Giant Mexicorn - 2 oz
  • bag yellow rice mix saffron yellow rice by Mahatma - 1 item

How to make corn and rice casserole:

Cook rice as directed on package. Mix all ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Add cheese on top and bake at 350° until bubbly and hot through.
