Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cans Green Giant Mexicorn - 2 oz
- bag yellow rice mix saffron yellow rice by Mahatma - 1 item
How to make corn and rice casserole:
Cook rice as directed on package. Mix all ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Add cheese on top and bake at 350° until bubbly and hot through.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
