Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • diced cooked chicken
  • hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
  • can cream soup mushroom, chicken or celery - 1 item
  • small can fried onions - 1 item
  • celery seed or 1/4 c - 1/4 tsp

How to make company casserole:

In large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 of the can of onions to sprinkle over top before baking. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
