  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 1 c
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • to 6 slices bread, broken in small pieces - 4 item

How to make company breakfast:

Place bread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cook sausage and crumble over bread. Beat eggs with milk; add cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place in cold oven and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serve hot.
