Cole slaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded cabbage - 4 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- large carrot, grated - 1 item
- thin slice onion - 1 item
How to make cole slaw:
Put cabbage and carrots into a large bowl. Place mayonnaise, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, cayenne, Tabasco, milk, onion and green pepper into blender. Blend on high until vegetables are pureed. Pour into bowl with cabbage and carrots. Mix thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
