Ingredients/Components
- large can sauerkraut, drained and chopped - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- hard-boiled egg, chopped - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Frosting:1 8 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- whole olives green and black, garnish - 1 item
- parsley for garnish - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Combine all ingredients and form into balls.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese2 Tbsp. milk whole olives (green and black, garnish) parsley for garnish Mix all ingredients.
