Ingredients/Components
- cabbage head, finely chopped - 1 item
- shredded carrot - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- white vinegar
- lemon juice
How to make cole slaw:
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Mix in cabbage and carrot. Refrigerate at least a couple of hours before serving.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
