Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt
- flour - 4 4
- warm water - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make coffee can bread:
Mix warm water and yeast until yeast dissolves. Add sugar, salt, oil and milk. Add 4 cups of flour (add more, up to 4 1/2 cups as needed). Fill 2 well-greased coffee cans half full.
