- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 4 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make coffee can bread:
You will need 2 (1 pound) coffee cans.Measure 1 1/2 cups flour into large bowl. Stir in yeast. Put 1/2 cup water and next four ingredients into saucepan. Heat until warm. Add to flour and yeast. Beat until smooth. Stir in eggs. Add remaining flour and beat with a spoon until smooth and elastic. Spoon into well-greased coffee cans. Cover with plastic lids and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove from cans. Cool and slice.
