  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 3 tsp
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Add the milk, egg and oil and mix

How to make coffee cake muffins:

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the milk, egg and oil and mix. The batter should not be smooth. Spoon into greased muffin tins about 1/2 to 2/3 full.Topping:1/4 c. brown sugar3 tsp. flour3 tsp. butter1/4 tsp. cinnamon
