Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• sour cream - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• soda
• almond extract - 1 tsp
• oleo - 3/4 c
• can cherry pie filling or desired flavor - 1 item
• Add eggs and extract

How to make coffee cake:

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and extract. Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Spread pie filling on top. Sprinkle with streusel topping.Streusel Topping:1/2 c. flour1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. oleo Mix together. Spray or grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
