Blueberry snack cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- soda - 1 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- blueberries - 2 c
How to make blueberry snack cake:
Streusel:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon Cream the oleo, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and dry ingredients. Fold in berries that have been dusted in flour. Put half of batter in a 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan. Sprinkle streusel over batter, then add rest of batter on top. Bake in metal pan at 350° for 30 minutes or at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes for glass. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Raspberries or chopped peaches can also be used.
