Blueberry snack cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour
• brown sugar
• soda - 1 tsp
• oleo - 1/2 c
• blueberries - 2 c

How to make blueberry snack cake:

Streusel:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon Cream the oleo, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and dry ingredients. Fold in berries that have been dusted in flour. Put half of batter in a 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan. Sprinkle streusel over batter, then add rest of batter on top. Bake in metal pan at 350° for 30 minutes or at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes for glass. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Raspberries or chopped peaches can also be used.
