Double toffee delight
Ingredients/Components
- firmly packed brown sugar
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- instant butterscotch pudding - 1 pkg
- water - 1 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
How to make double toffee delight:
Preheat oven to 300°. Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine the first 3 ingredients and set aside. In large mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, puddings, water, oil, vanilla and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour 1/2 batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with 1/2 brown sugar mixture, rest of batter, then sprinkle with rest of brown sugar mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 300°, until top springs back when touched lightly in center.Recipe categories: Cakes, Breads, Coffee cakes.
