Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts optional - 1 c
- diced apples - 3 5
- Add eggs and vanilla
How to make fresh apple cake:
Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in apples and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Smooth with spatula. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool 15 minutes and invert on plate. Pour hot frosting on immediately.Frosting:1/2 c. butter or oleo1/2 c. brown sugar2 tsp. milk Boil over medium heat 2 minutes. Stir constantly.
