- eggs - 5 item
- flour - 3 c
- shortening
- can coconut - 1 item
- milk or water - 1 c
- flavor - 1 tsp
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and all other ingredients. Mix and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
