Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 5 tsp
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- shortening - 1 c
- nuts
- raisins
- allspice - 1 tsp
- flour self-rising - 3 c
- can coconut - 1 item
- Test for doneness by inserting cake tester or case knife, should come out clean and dry

Mix all ingredients well and pour into tube pan and bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
